Compared to last year, the number of participants grew again! But this is not the only amazing number from the 3rd WiDS Villach conference.
Already in the 3rd edition of the WiDS Villach conferences we reached 250+ participants.
When we started WiDS Villach in 2020, one of our goals was to build a regional network of data science enthusiast. Looking deeper into the numbers of 2021 and 2022 shows that more than 50% of the participants are located in Carinthia. This means that WiDS Villach achieved it’s goal of building a regional network of data science enthusiasts.
Recapping the conference day shows that the community is vibrant and eager to engage into discussions. This is what we wanted to start. Thanks to all of you for your passion!
