Master Data Manager (f/m/d)

As the Master Data Manager you will ensure that all relevant master data activities and capabilities are designed, implemented and embedded in the organization and processes. In this role you will initiate and lead master data management initiatives and projects that aim for the continuous improvement of master data quality.

Your Responsibilities

• Accountable for (Master) Data Harmonization throughout End-to-End Processes
• Define and maintain the Master Data core model, related processes, workflows and management rules
• Oversee functional design and testing of IT applications related to the master data maintenance processes
• Act as a data consultant between Master Data Management and the Global Process owners and other process leads for all master data quality related issues
• Develop and own the master data management roadmap for the Enterprise Data Management department
• Establish standards and processes for implementation and execution of data governance

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years work experience in the area of Master Data management
• Expert understanding of master data management, data governance and associated technologies
• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA, SAP MDG) is highly desired
• Experience in working in an Agile IT environment
• Project Management experience with strong analytical and motivational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as intercultural and social competence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German as a plus

Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 60.000,- Euro.
